The statistics themselves show that the approval for the policies of the Bush Administration, although it has dropped in almost all of the categories, has remained reasonably steady over the last year. This could mean that the nation's support of the Bush Administration is relavitively stagnate, but it is indeed showing signs of decline, since the administration's efficiency in all the issues has lost approval over the year.
